About Us
Meet Mary
As a Pensacola native, Mary loves everything about the Florida coast. A product of public schools, Mary found an early passion for education and attended the University of Florida post high school in which she earned a bachelor’s and Masters in Elementary Education. She continued her education at the University of West Florida in which she attained a degree in Educational Leadership. Mary has taught clients both in the public education sector as well as private corporate facets. Her greatest fulfillment can be found when she constructs customized learning solutions for her clients.
Mary is a lover of carbs, nature and running. A foodie, obsessed with coffee, and helping people find their right seat on the bus.

My passion is to design customized learning solutions that enable companies to realize business outcomes. I thrive in environments that allow me to collaborate with my clients, hear their needs and build a learning solution specifically for them. I believe in having fun, so engagement, teambuilding and experiential activities are a cornerstone to every training design. I am a Professional coach, certified in MBTI, DISC, Emotional Intelligence and a host of behavioral inventories. I am passionate about people and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I live by the mantra, that “NOTHING happens to me, Everything is happening for me.”
